Vacation, Popsicles, and Summer Time

I just wanted to stop in a do a little picture updating. We took a vacation with my extended family the first weekend in May and the we all had a blast. The kids loved Silver Dollar City and Eric and I enjoyed riding a few rides too. It was fun and we always enjoy getting to spend time with family!!

We've also enjoyed lots of warm weather recently so we decided it was time to pull out the kiddy pool for the summer!!

Vacation Time Here We Come...

We are on vacation this week, I celebrated 3 wonderful years of marriage to the man of my dreams last week, and this little squirt will be 2 Tuesday. (We celebrated with a party Friday night) Fun times!! I have so much to catch on on but for now I'm going to enjoy this time with my family. See ya soon!!

Kitchen Tip Tuesday

My kitchen tip for this week is something I plan to do myself this week. We are leaving this afternoon for a short vacation and I am planning to take a meal with us so we will save money on our vacation budget. Eating out can be very expensive and since my family has access to a condo with a full kitchen, we cook meals. I try to keep things easy and take a meal I can prepare before hand and freeze. We also take our lunch with us to the amusement park we go to since the food courts there are so overpriced.
