Book Recommendation: Be Fruitful and Multiply

My ladies bible study recently started the book Be Fruitful and Multiply by Nancy Campbell. It is a wonderful read about the blessing of children and the false ideas of over-population spread by our media today. She address some very controversial views that are among us as a nation as well as our churches. I know that not everyone will agree completely with everything she says but I still recommend it as a wonderful book that should be read by all. I plan on posting a deeper review once we have finished the study.

Reading!!

I love receiving this magazine in the mail each season. Eric and are our both avid readers and it makes for a lot of excitement around this house. :-) The best part is that this issue has both of our favorite authors front and center. Both books come out the first of September so they will make great anniversary gifts for each other. I will say that although we do enjoy good wholesome fiction on occasion this is not something we read continuously. You need books that have substance in your reading diet also. Happy Reading!!

How I Love Books!!

This is all the books I received as Christmas presents this year and I am so excited about reading them. Some of them are ones I requested for Olivia and our future children when they get closer to preschool age. We are planning to home school and I want to accumulate all the literature I am able too now. I hope to read several books this year and have set a goals for myself of no less than two a month. Here is my book list so far.

1. Passionate Housewives Desperate for God by Jennie Chancey and Stacy McDonald (I am in the middle of this one right now. My mom and I each bought each other this book for Christmas unknowingly!)

3.Femine Appeal by Caroline Mahaney (We are studying this book in my weekly ladies bible study)
