Chow Mein Casserole

Chow Mein Casserole
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 small onion chopped and sauteed
1 tsp. soy sauce
First saute your onion in skillet then add meat and soy sauce and cook till done. Drain off any grease. Then add:
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can golden mushroom soup
Cook until blended then remove from heat. Pre-cook 1 to 2 cups of rice then place rice in the bottom of 9x13 pan. Pour meat mixture over rice and top with crushed La Choy chow mein noodles (found in the oriental food section) Cook in pre-heated 350 degree oven until thoroughly heated (30 minutes or so)
