We are leaving town tomorrow afternoon for a little spring vacation with my family. So my menu plan will be short this week. We do plan to cook a few meals since we will be staying at a family owned condo with a huge kitchen.
Monday- Mexican Chicken w/ fried corn and green beans
Tuesday- Dinner out (We will be on the road so probably fast food)
Wednesday- Chili and hot dogs w/ coleslaw and french fries (this is moms night to cook at the condo)
Thursday- Tacos w/ spanish rice and refried beans (My night to cook)
Friday- Dinner out
Saturday- Dinner out (Traveling back home)
Sunday- Family Dinner w/ Eric's parents
