Menu for January 19-25

Monday- Brisket w/oven roasted potatoes and green beans (We didn't eat this meal last week)

Tuesday- Hamburgers @ my parents ( I am taking an Ohey Gooey Butter Cake for dessert)

Wednesday- Chicken Noodle Soup w/ grilled cheese or cornbread

Thursday- Lasagna w/ corn and peas

Friday- Oven Fried Chicken w/ mashed potatoes, okra, and baked beans

Saturday- Eat out

Sunday- Eat @ Eric's parents/ church

Breakfast- Eggs and toast, cereal, muffins, or biscuits and gravy

Lunch- Ham sandwiches, Lean Cuisine pizza, soup, or leftovers

I also plan on making homemade bread this week to go with some of these meals.
