Menu Plan for February 1-7


Breakfast:

Monday- Blueberry or raison bran muffins w/ yogurt

Tuesday- Cereal or toast w/ bananas

Wednesday- Cinnamon toast or muffins w/ bacon

Thursday- Scrambled eggs and biscuits

Friday- Pancakes w/ bacon

Saturday- Biscuits and gravy

Sunday- Cereal or cinnamon rolls



Lunch:

Grilled cheese, peanut butter or turkey sandwiches, chicken noodle soup, leftovers, or frozen pizza

Sunday- Family Dinner w/ Eric’s parents



Supper:

Monday – Red beans and rice w/ polish sausage and salad

Tuesday – Loaded Baked Potatoes

Wednesday –Chicken and cheese enchiladas w/ green beans

Thursday – Aussie Chicken w/ skillet corn, steamed broccoli and oven fries

Friday – Steak w/ baked potatoes and green beans

Saturday – Dinner w/ my parents

Sunday –Dinner out
