Recipe: Sausage Balls

Sausage Balls
1 lb. ground sausage
2 cups cheddar cheese
3 cups Bisquick
Enough milk to make the dough manageable
Brown and drain your sausage. Combine all the above ingredients and shape into balls (For an appetizer make 1 in balls. We eat these for breakfast so I make them a bit bigger) Place on a greased ( or parchment paper) baking pan and bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes or until slightly brown. They can be stored in the refrigerator and warmed when ready to be eaten or frozen for later.
