Broccoli Salad

Broccoli Salad
2 bunches of broccoli tops, cut into pieces (I even like mine with some of the stem left)
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 red onion, diced
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled (or you can use real bacon bits from a jar)
1/2- 1 cup of raisins
Toss all the above ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate before serving.
1 cup mayo
2 Tbsp red wine vinegar ( I have substituted apple cider vinegar before)
1/2 cup sugar
Pour over salad 1 hour before serving.
