Kitchen Tip Tuesday: Parchment Paper

A wonderful item that I use in my kitchen often is parchment paper. I love to spread it over my cookie sheets and bake away with out the hassle of washing pan afterwards. With the economy the way it is and I myself trying to be frugal I know this seems like a bit of a splurge. Yet I have found it to be a convenience that I could not give up :-) But I have found it can be wiped clean, folded, and reused several times.

Parchment paper is one of my most favorite "tools" in the kitchen. It's such a time saver!

I use parchment paper too. I have never thought about reusing it though. Thanks for the idea. How many uses do you typically get out of a sheet?

I have used one sheet at least 5 or 6 times before.

I use parchment paper. It is so convenient to make cookies or rolls and not have to worry about scrubbing. I've also started lining my baking sheets with tin foil whenever I get ready to bake chicken.
