
Breakfast:
Options: Scrabbled or fried eggs w/ toast or biscuits, sausage cheese muffins, pancakes (bisquick mix), frozen waffles, or cereal ( captain crunch berry or honey bunches of oats)
Christmas Eve Morning- A breakfast/brunch at Eric’s parents
Christmas morning- Cinnamon rolls at home
Lunch:
Options: Ham, peanut butter or tuna salad sandwiches, chicken noodle soup, or frozen pizza
Supper:
Monday – Family Christmas fish fry at Eric’s grandparents (his dad’s family)
Tuesday – Spaghetti w/ green beans and garlic bread
Wednesday – Turkey and ham with all the trimmings at Eric’s parents. I’m taking mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese.
Thursday – Steak and baked potatoes at Eric’s grandparents (his mom’s family)
Friday Christmas Day- Taco Feast at my parents
Saturday – Sub sandwiches w/ chips
Sunday – Leftovers
