Didn't want you to think I was ignoring you. <br><br>Girl we have those weeks as well and you just have to get through them doing your best. You & Olivia would be more than welcome at our home any evening for dinner......but I think the commute would be a killer! :) I do bake some of our bread. I wish I did more than I do...maybe that will happen eventually! I do still just buy some sandwich bread, but really try to bake at least a couple loaves a week for sides, toast, or the kids a snack. They prefer the home made bread over just about any other snack and we grind the wheat so it's really good for them. The bread is healthiest for you in the 1st 3 days---say that's why I don't fret to much over buying store bought for some stuff...but specialty breads that will be eaten that day or things like pancakes we grind and make fresh. I used to make several loaves at a time when I had my double oven and could fit 6 in at a time--but since I don't have that anymore, I don't freeze as much bread.
